Unlock the wonderful fusion flavours of Peru and Japan this festive season at Bamboo Mat. From 24th November to 31st December you can experience our delicious Christmas and enjoy dishes such as Lubina a la Parilla Grilled Seabass, Coriander Mash and Salsa Criola or Picanha Steak Grilled Beef Rump Cap with Baby Salad and Chimichurri.
For vegetarians we have Nasu Miso, Japanese Auburgine with Mango Miso, Rice Crackers. Both menus are served with a selection of hand rolled sushi and finish with our signature Passion fruit & Cranberry Creme Brulee.
